Narada Case Update: এবার ২৮ দিনের জন্য পিছিয়ে গেল নারদ মামলার শুনানি
পাঁচ বিচারপতির বেঞ্চে নারদ মামলায় (Narada Case) নতুন মোড়। আবার পিছোল নারদ মামলার শুনানি। ফের ২৮ দিনের জন্য পিছোল নারদ মামলার শুনানি। আজ শুনানি পিছোতে চেয়ে আবেদন করে সিবিআই (CBI)। ১০ দিন শুনানি পিছোনোর আবেদন করে। ‘সলিসিটর জেনারেল অন্য মামলায় ব্যস্ত’, সেই কারণে সময় চায় সিবিআই। একমাস পরে আজ ফের শুনানি হওয়ার কথা ছিল। তার আগেই শুনানি পিছোনোর আবেদন করে সিবিআই। এই মামলায় হলফনামা দিয়ে আপত্তি জানাল রাজ্য। মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় (Mamata Banerjee), মলয় ঘটক, কল্যাণ বন্দ্যেপাধ্যায়কে পার্টি করায় বিরোধিতা। মামলায় পার্টি করা নিয়ে বিরোধিতা জানিয়ে হলফনামা। হলফনামা দিয়ে আপত্তি জানাল রাজ্য। তবে হলফনামা গ্রহণ করেছে আদালত।
