ত্রিপুরায় কাল হচ্ছে না অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের (Abhishek Banerjee) পদযাত্রা। ৪ নভেম্বর পর্যন্ত ত্রিপুরায় (Tripura) বন্ধ মিছিল। এ বিষয়ে শিক্ষামন্ত্রী ব্রাত্য বসু (Bratya Basu) বলেন, "কোভিডের মধ্যেই যখন আমি ত্রিপুরায় ছিলাম, সেই সময় বিজেপি হাজার খানেক লোকের একটি বিরাট পদযাত্রা বের করে। ত্রিপুরায় বিপ্লব দেবের সরকার বিজেপির ওই পদযাত্রাকে অনুমতি দিয়েছে, কিন্তু যখন অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ওখানে পদযাত্রা করতে চাইছেন, তখন তার অনুমতি দিচ্ছে না। ভারতবর্ষে এই ধরনের অদ্ভুত কাণ্ড কারখানা আর কোথাও আছে বলে আমার জানা নেই। এর থেকেই স্পষ্ট, অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়কে ওরা ভয় পাচ্ছে। অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়কে নানাভাবে দমানোর চেষ্টা করছেন। নানাভাবে অপপ্রচার করার চেষ্টা করছে। অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বা তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসকে যতবার এমন করা হবে, ততবারই ত্রিপুরাকে আমরা পাখির চোখ করব।''
