বিজয়নগরম: অন্ধ্র প্র-এর বিজয়নগরম লোকসভা আসনে ২০১৪-র লোকসভা নির্বাচনে তেলুগু দেশম পার্টি-র Ashok Gajapathi Raju Pusapati 106911 ভোটের ব্যবধানে জয়েছিলেন। বিজয়নগরম লোকসভা আসনে ভোটগ্রহণ করা হয়েছিল প্রথম দফা -য় 11 এপ্রিল , এখানে মূল লড়াই ভারতীয় জনতা পার্টি -র প্রার্থী Ashok Gajapathi Raju ও তেলুগু দেশম পার্টি প্রার্থী Ashok Gajapathi Raju -এর মধ্যে বলে মনে করা হচ্ছে। ২০১৪-র লোকসভা নির্বাচনে অন্ধ্র প্র-এর 25 আসনের মধ্যে তেলুগু দেশম পার্টি 29.1 শতাংশ ভোট পেয়ে 15 আসনে জয়ী হয়েছিল। অন্যদিকে, ওয়াইএসআর কংগ্রেস পার্টি 28.9 ভোট পেয়ে 8 আসনে জয়ী হয়েছিল।বিজয়নগরম লোকসভা নির্বাচন

BJP on Thursday won 17 Assembly seats in the bypolls held in 51 Assembly constituencies across 17 states. Congress, which was decimated in the general elections in May, bagged 11 seats in the by-elections held on October 21.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) failed to open its account in the Maharashtra and Haryana Assembly polls with party leaders saying they were focusing on the upcoming polls in Delhi. In the 90-member Haryana Assembly, the AAP fielded its candidates on 46 seats, while it was contesting on 24 of the 288 Assembly seats in Maharashtra.
